Angelia is a Greenville, MS, native. She is a graduate of Jackson State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (1996) and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling & Services(1998). She is currently the CEO for QualityCare Behavior Services, LLC. Angelia serves on the boards for NCBW 100, Macon Hall Elementary, and Volunteers as a Troop leader for Girl Scouts of America. She is married to Rick and the mother of two daughters, Rayna and Rayvn. Angelia has resided in Memphis since 1998. She enjoys attending JSU sporting events, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Her overall mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to become successful and productive members of the society by continuing to be a positive role model, and by providing effective strategies and interventions that will build a solid foundation over time.
