Frank is a native Memphian and a 1990 Honors graduate of Whitehaven High School. He received his
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Jackson State University in 1994 and
Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Memphis in 1997. He has worked
at Helena Chemical Company for 19 years in various staff and managerial positions. He is currently
the Manager, Accounting Operations and Assets and serves as the Controller for one of Helena’s
subsidiaries. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Frank is also a member of Brown Missionary Baptist Church in Southaven, MS and has 2 daughters,
Jessica and Kamryn Patterson.
